Aerothermal heat pump. Individual system for each house that includes a 200-liter accumulator. Low energy consumption during Winter and almost zero consumption during Summer, thereby reducing CO2 emissions.

We avoid using imported materials, if possible, to avoid long-distance transportation. We favor the use of materials such as stoneware, wood, stone, etc.

Maintenance cost optimization in each house and in the rest of the building.
For this reason, a number of actions have been taken into account in the design of this project: to unify installation systems, to use Mediterranean native plants in terraces and common areas, and to eliminate common areas that require maintenance.
